As one of our customers put it, “We are both chucking a sickie” over a few months so we can both recover from our kidney transplant & donation surgeries. To help keep your freezers full and assist with cash flow to run our little farm during our recovery, we have decided to launch these 10kg Mixed boxes.

Each box will be hand-curated by Nats & Jono with a mix of our regeneratively farmed rare breed 100% Grass Fed since birth British White Beef & Pastured Whey Fed Berkshire Pork plus some of our delicious smallgoods.

We will only be making 20 boxes, so they will sell fast! Make sure you get in quick.

All our produce is born and raised on our regenerative farm so have only ever known a life at Brooklands. The mix will consist of premium cuts, roasts, BBQ options, mince  & slow-cooking cuts, nitrate-free bacon, ham, sausages, hocks or bacon bones, all vacuum-sealed and ready to cook or pop straight in the freezer.

Because Nats is out of action, all boxes will be strictly collection only on the 13-14 July weekend. There will be 3 locations for you to choose from during the checkout process:
